104 ARTISTS MOVE TO FINAL ROUND OF JUDGING IN 2007 HUNTING ART PRIZE
HOUSTON— Hunting PLC will announced today that 104 Texas artists have been selected to move on to the final round of judging in the 2007 Hunting Art Prize.

These artists were chosen to move past the first phase of a two-tiered jury process. A second panel of jurors will meet in April to determine the winner of the competition’s $50,000 award. That artist will be announced at a gala on April 28.
The 2007 competition was open to established, emerging, or amateur Texas-based artists who are at least 18 years old.
